Cabbage

- 2 eggs

Instructions
1. Cook the Potatoes
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
- Place them in a pot with enough water to cover them.
- Add a small pinch of salt.
- Boil for 10–15 minutes until soft.
- Drain the water.
2. Mash the Potatoes
- Add milk, butter, and salt to the hot potatoes.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust salt if needed.
3. Cook the Cabbage
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and cook for 1–2 minutes until soft.
- Add the shredded cabbage.
- Sprinkle a little salt.
- Stir and cook for 3–5 minutes until slightly tender but still fresh.
4. Fry the Eggs
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in another pan.
- Crack the eggs into the pan.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until the whites are firm.
Serve
Place the mashed potatoes on a plate, add the fried eggs, and serve with the sautéed cabbage on the side.
