      My day starts off early, I usually just have a cup of sugar free green/lemon tea about 6am, then head to work, before 10am,I have my breakfast,lunch at about 1pm and later I eat dinner by 6pm…I have small snacks in between…one tip I’ve learnt is to keep my carbohydrates portion very small in every meal…and take my teas without sugar
